Due to the perishable and time-sensitive nature of flowers and floral arrangements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or fails to meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Clear photos of the product and packaging are required for review. After evaluation, we may offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion. 

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer

• Recipient unavailability at the time of delivery

• Delays or damages caused by weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control

• Natural variations in flowers, including color, size, and bloom stage No refunds, replacements, or credits are issued for dissatisfaction based on personal preference.
